Cancellation Policy
At Juliette Hayes, we value professionalism, reliability, and mutual respect. To ensure a smooth experience for both our clients and our team, the following policies apply to all services. Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your service date. Your appointment is not confirmed until payment has been received. Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to your scheduled service will be honored with a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment are non-refundable. Clients are responsible for ensuring timely access to the property at the scheduled service time. If our team arrives and is unable to access the home, or if no one is present when access was expected, Juliette Hayes reserves the right to charge 100% of the scheduled service fee. By booking with us, you agree to these terms. These policies allow us to protect our team’s time, maintain scheduling integrity, and provide consistent, high-quality service to every client.
